Expression marks the beginning of the evolution journey. Through this initial phase of expression, participants are encouraged to release what no longer serves their highest elevation. Intentions are set and affirmations created, which will be spoken during meditation to help balance the throat chakra. This process opens doors to personal growth and self-discovery.

Breathwork serves as a vital force in our journey, allowing us to pursue our goals with clarity and vigor. By exploring Vedic breathing techniques such as Kabala Bati (Breath of Fire), Nadi Shadona (Alternate Nostril Breathing), and Shakti (Kundalini Breathwork), participants can clear energy channels and balance their Chakras. This practice enhances both physical and spiritual well-being.

The Asana Practice within YOGATRY invites practitioners to explore the possibility of flexible enjoyment. This harmonious blend aids participants in facing life's challenges with vulnerability, wisdom, and grace, ultimately manifesting unity and spiritual oneness.

To integrate the insights gained throughout the journey, a second round of breathwork is introduced. This session focuses on regulating the nervous system, allowing individuals to decompress and dispel stagnant energy. This final elevation phase synthesizes the learnings from the evolution journey, promoting holistic healing.

In the concluding phase of expression, participants are provided a safe space for organic self-expression. This final stage encourages them to voice their experiences and insights gained during the journey. The session culminates with three sounding breaths, symbolizing closure and the integration of their evolution journey.

Chantel Castle
Chantel is a Wholistic Wellness Coach, certified yoga therapist (200-hour RYT), and dedicated yogi who began her yoga journey in 2018 after a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis. Yoga helped her manage PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder symptoms, and depression. In 2021, she founded Enamored Evolution Yoga LLC, creating “Yogatry,” a practice combining therapy, meditation, and self-expression. Chantel teaches restorative yoga, mindfulness, and meditation at Columbus State University and local studios, and she leads Wholistic Wellness Workshops and mindfulness classes in schools. As an international wellness coach, she hosts retreats, private sessions, and wellness events, aiming to promote holistic well-being in every community she serves.
